78 Degrees Gin by Adelaide Hills Distillery is a complex and savoury Gin distilled from a grape based spirit and infused with 12 botanicals, selected specifically for their purity and quality. The gin is vapour distilled using a unique column and basket technique specially designed to enable the spirit to retain delicate flavours and aromas. The finished product is a pungently aromatic gin with resinous, citrus and floral notes and underlying spice. 78 degrees Gin won double gold at the 2017 American Distilling Institute Awards.
