Ardi Edgu first started in the butcher trade at just 11 years old in his family’s Surry Hills shop - the first Halal butchery in the area! In 2018 Ardi opened his own shop, flipping the butcher format into something new, in the same suburb where he first began. 

Not only will you find premium cuts of meat here, you’ll also find a menu of burgers, hoagie rolls and sandwiches. Behind the counter at this family business you’ll find Ardi’s son and daughter who he hopes will continue the trade just like he did!
