The chef and proprietor’s mom is from Ireland and this is the reason for the Irish flag hanging out front. Chef Maeve has also been featured multiple times on the Food Network and the scratch made treats are made daily. She says “Cooking is my soul’s desire; eating is my heart’s desire.”
