Pearl’s loyal team has over 100 years of combined Pearl Bakery experience and has several employees that have been with us for more than a decade.

In July, Eric and Mary Lester sold the company to their youngest son, Jared. As early as high school he has been working graveyard shifts learning the craft of baking. He started at an entry-level position in viennoiserie just like anyone else and overtime he learned everything there was to know.
