Bisous Bisous offers several hands-on classes each month where attendees can learn to make their signature French macarons, in addition to Pâte à Choux, the heavenly dough found in cream puffs, profiteroles, and éclairs. Ask them in store for more information! Also, Owner Andrea Meyer was named “Pastry Chef of the Year” at the 2019 CultureMap Tastemaker Awards!
