LET’S EAT

Alexandra Gardens is a favourite in town
Head here to enjoy your food and sit down!

We hope you enjoy the delicious spread to eat,
And take a break to rest your feet!

Enjoy your well-earned picnic while you take in the views
What you explore next is up to you to choose

On your way to your picnic spot…

After collecting your bread, make your way via Hosier Lane. Keep an eye out for the iconic Indigenous Boy by Adnate - positioned over the infrastructure of the city it gazes upon Birrarung Marr, known as the “river of mists” in the native tongue of the Wurundjeri people. This portrait furthers the connection to the land that the Wurundjeri people hold and forces greater public acknowledgement of the original owners of the land.

Make sure you also make your way all the way down the iconic Degraves Street.
