The team at Karl Strauss Brewing Company have been proudly serving California since 1989. Their beer is brewed fresh at their Main Brewery in Pacific Beach, San Diego.

Here you’ll each get to do a tasting flight each, you can choose between the Trophy Case, Little Bit of This - Little Bit of That, or Hops On The Row.

Loved one (or more) of the tastings?

Here you’ll actually be able to choose any beer on tap and have it freshly canned on site for a takeaway beer. Simply ask the team about canning your own beer! 

Please note this is not included in the experience so additional charges will apply.

The term “rule of thumb” originates from brewers who would stick their thumb into the mix to see when the temperature was right for adding the yeast.
